In the Media
The proposed Site C hydro development is a controversial project that has generated considerable public debate. The potential Site C dam would be located about seven kilometres southwest of Fort St. John on the Peace River, downstream from where the Moberly River enters the Peace River. Presently, the viability of Site C is being reviewed in a 5 year process--now nearing the end of its third phase. On our website, we have highlighted two viewpoints on the negative impacts as well as benefits of Site C.
